I'm sure most of us are sitting in our homes wondering why
we haven't found that someone when so many other people
have. Well, I figure, the right person will come along when
they're supposed to in the mean time, I'm living my life,
having fun, enjoying my friends and family, and always
trying to balance my crazy workload with my creative
personality and ambition. One week, I may want nothing more
than to sleep as much as possible and stay in, the next I'm
working 60-70+ hours at my day job, 20+ devoted to costume
design or painting or a bizarre project, working out at the
gym 3 evenings, and still finding time to grab a drink or go
to a show or an event with friends. I never know what I'm
going to get myself into, and while some people may find me
shy at first, I'm just slightly reserved when I meet people,
and that tends to go away rather quickly if we're both
honest, open people. I try to keep in touch and stay friends
with most people I meet. I have a facination for people and
how we are all connected. And, if you haven't figured it out
from my screenname, I'm originally from Texas, but have made
my place in Chicago for the past few years. |

As for my looks, I'm just your average girl next door. I'm
fairly tall at 5'10 and contantly in heels so I generally
stand taller. I have a curvy figure and my clothing style
changes day to day depending on the occasssion and the
company. Some people would say I'm being modest, but I know
I'm not unattractive, I just like to be realistic because
looks are just a first impression. |

How does one express in this essay who they are or what they
are looking for in life. I could close my eyes and imagine
what it is I'm looking for, but I would be cheating myself,
as I what I would envision could never be as imperfectly
perfect as what I hope to find someday. What I'm looking for
will find me eventually. I'm happy to share all the usual
